We're All About Improvement

Gary built a successful home remodeling company on Long Island from the experience he obtained in the field. And now, Ambassador Home Improvement
has maintained a zero complaint rate with the "BBB" and "Consumer Affairs"
for almost 20 years.

Gary is very involved with the community. He was voted "Man of the Year' in Massapequa for the "Community Outreach" program and is also the Vice President of "Drug Free Massapequa".

Gary is also a Military Veteran with 6 years of service.

Ambassador is the only contracting company to receive awards from the Town of Oyster Bay. Through NAHB they are "Green Certified Contractors" and are a member of "NART". They also have been voted "Contractor of the Year" on two occasions by "Alside Building Projects".

Doug was working for a competitor that was going out of  business and we were quick to pick him up and he joined Ambassador in 2003. Doug started out as a trim carpenter. He worked his way up through the company to Vice President of Production and 2nd in command. Doug is extremely talented, organized and a great communicator. He is a great asset to our customers and everyone
at Ambassador.

Dan has designed some of the most beautiful and functional kitchens on Long Island and has the experience to see your project through from design to completion. Dan keeps up with all the latest trends and materials, cabinetry, counter-tops, back-splashes, appliances and hardware to help keep our customers in the know. Our process begins with an in-home design consultation and there we will discuss your ideas and create customized 3D rendering to review at one of our design showrooms. If you are looking for the most beautiful indoor or outdoor kitchen or a one-of-a-kind bathroom, call
Dan Motz today.

Gene has amassed over 35 years of experience in the industry. His journey began under the tutelage of his father's best friend, who was a builder and their next-door neighbor. At the age of 15, during his school summers, Gene worked alongside them as a helper, performing clean-ups, moving lumber, and absorbing knowledge. He progressed from a junior carpenter to a carpenter and then a crew foreman. Alongside this hands-on experience, Gene completed his education, graduating from Northport High School and earning a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in business management from the State University of NY at Oneonta. In 1999, he transitioned from physical labor to construction management, accumulating 24 years as a project manager to date.

Personally, Gene is a family man, married with two children, and is an avid outdoorsman! His hobbies include fishing, archery, hiking, and mountain biking when he is not working. Welcome to our family, Gene!

Ryan brings over 20+ years experience in the home improvement industry to the Ambassador team. he has worked in home improvement in almost every capacity from cleanup guy to framing foreman and has been a project manager for 18 years. He is extremely organized and thorough and is a great communicator. He has a vast product and construction knowledge and is an asset to our team and to our customers.

Gary's son Joshua graduated from Saint Anthony's High School and spent 2 years in college but has now decided to work with his father in their construction business. He is excited to learn all of the many aspects of the industry from his Dad, who has been tops in his field for many years. Joshua already has professional work ethics and a great attitude. He will be continuing the same standards that have made Ambassador successful; a focus on personalized service.
