Gene has amassed over 35 years of experience in the industry. His journey began under the tutelage of his father's best friend, who was a builder and their next-door neighbor. At the age of 15, during his school summers, Gene worked alongside them as a helper, performing clean-ups, moving lumber, and absorbing knowledge. He progressed from a junior carpenter to a carpenter and then a crew foreman. Alongside this hands-on experience, Gene completed his education, graduating from Northport High School and earning a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in business management from the State University of NY at Oneonta. In 1999, he transitioned from physical labor to construction management, accumulating 24 years as a project manager to date.
Personally, Gene is a family man, married with two children, and is an avid outdoorsman! His hobbies include fishing, archery, hiking, and mountain biking when he is not working. Welcome to our family, Gene!
